Dear Daddy,
Ba Akimu as you are fondly called by most family members its been a while that i wrote a letter to you sorry dad, its just that things have not been so rosy as you left us when the going was good. No we are grown up daddies too and we now know what you went through all in the name of making us all happy. Yes your wives are still with us, Yes Ye Hakimu and Ye Tope Are still alive and kicking although they are quiet old. Dad if yiu can remember in the last letter i wrote to you; Ha Dadi you should still have the copy now sebi you used to keep documents very well when you were alive. i still have some of the documents left behind with me too, so i expect you to keep mine too. Yes Daddi, about the last letter i wrote to you, many things have gone around on about the things i talked about. The one about me promising not stop going to Sagamu have changed Sir. Yes Sir, Mi o lo si sagamu dede mo Sir. And i think you saw it coming a long time ago, If you could remember Sir what you told me about why you changed your will from the one i saw in your wardrope when you sent me to Sagamu to go and pack all the money in your room and give "Laayi" as you used to call Hon, Olayiwola Adetu of  London, you said something is telling you that after your death me and my senior brother Segun Adetu might stop coming to sagamu!which was one of th main reason you gave out the shops to your siblings on your mother side. E wo o ti come to pass o. I have not been to Sagamu since the begining of this year; its may here already, we are aready in 2024, if i may ask do you people also have years and moths there too. to let you know lots of people have left this world hoping you should have met them on the other side too. Councillor died 2 years ago, Alayo also died. Taiye my junior sister and Oyedade your step sister also died. Iya olonje and her husband are also dead. In the larger family many of your people are dead too. Ahlaji Adegbite also left us, Daddi since tis letter is not about who is dead or alive on the happy mood, Egbon has another wife and Mummy Faruok left egbons house, Codedly i remember what you told me about Ye Bidemi and Mr Okedeyi, so also what you told me and egbon on your 70th birthday about women wife and wives that should not be for public consumption.
O Daddy, as you told me about the house i was living in and also about wifes i have kept to it and we latter have a babby boy after your demise, he is already 12 years old now, E o ri pe o ti pe. I also have moved to Ikorodu. Niyi, Tope are saying hi to you Sir.
