Olayiwola Adetu with Pa Labinjo OLAYIWOLA  ADETU is DEAD Honourable Olayiwola Waheed Adetu is dead, he died at the age of 85 years old after complaining of weaknesses and was taken to an hospital in Sagamu, where he died on arrival. 'layiwola as fondly called by my Late father, Aaree Afolabi Adetu is a man of peace. He was a councillor in 1976 under ijebu Remo Local government. He left for london in 1965 and lived in London for 10 years, no wonder he was known as Olayiwola Adetu of London, a party in London in those days is not complete without him and his friends not being around. I was told he went to London in the same plane with Otunba Adebayo (kal and Kay insurance), this was confirmed to me by otunba himself. When he returned to Nigeria he became highly connected to the extent that, there is no office he does not know somebody.  Otunba Samson Adebayo Somotun  Otunba Samson Adebayo Somotun's journey began on April 20th in Sagamu, where he was born into the esteemed family of Pa Sheu Tijani Somotun of the illustrious Orumale lineage of Batoro, Sagamu, and Alhaja Sinotu Somotun nee Erinmilokun of the renowned Adetu dynasty of Offin Sagamu. Both parents hailed from royal lineages, instilling in young Bayo a heritage of dignity and honor from birth. Affectionately known as "Bayo" by his mother and close companions, his early education took place at Saint Paul School (Alagbon) Sagamu, and Saint Paul School Makun Sagamu. He furthered his academic pursuits at Remo Secondary School (R.S.S.), Sagamu, graduating in 1956. After a brief stint in Ibadan from 1957 to 1958, Otunba Samson Somotun ventured into the banking sector, joining Barclays Bank Plc (now Union Bank Plc) at the Ebute Metta, Oyingbo branch.
